Terms of service

GeniusAI provides educational and informational content about financial markets: alerts, live sessions, analysis and a TradingView indicator. The membership is personal and non-transferable; sharing access leads to suspension of the membership without refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically and can be canceled at any time from the customer portal: access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Risk warning

Trading involves a high risk of losing your capital. No content in the community constitutes personalized financial advice, a solicitation to invest, or asset management. Every trading decision is the member's sole responsibility.

Privacy

We process the minimum data needed to run the service: your Discord profile (id, name, email), billing data via Stripe, and your TradingView username to manage indicator access. Data is never sold to third parties. For access or deletion requests, contact support.
